The Nay Aug Park Tunnels consist of 2 bores through a hill. One of the tunnels is active, and the other is abandoned and gutted. The tunnel was built for the Lackawanna Cutoff.
Not much is known about this tunnel. If anyone has any information, please “Suggest an Edit”!

This is a photo of a train coming westbound out of the Nay Aug tunnel. At this time, the only bore was the active one seen in my pictures. Also, the tunnel is less finished in this picture.

Here you can see pins and equipment on the ceiling. I know those are to prevent cracks, but if anyone knows what they’re actually called, please “Suggest an Edit”!
